Abstract

This article dwells upon considerations and causes influencing the tactical support of interrogation process that is being conducted in respect of persons suspected and accused of this type of a crime. The article justifies the necessity to take into account the personality and psychological peculiarities of the interrogatee and underlines the usefulness of coming into psychological contact with the suspected or accused person. Furthermore, the author gives certain examples from investigative practice to illustrate the peculiarities of the investigation process analyzed within the article. To summarize the results of the study, the author provides his own conclusions and views concerning the peculiarities of interrogation of a suspected or accused person when investigating murders associated with missing persons.
