Abstract

In article the analysis of some tendencies of development of the constitutional justice of modern Russia is carried out. The main aspects of interaction of institutes of judicial constitutional control and the ombudsman are investigated. Statistical data, examples from practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation are given. The author dwells on separate forms of protection of constitutional rights of citizens implemented by the Ombudsman for Human Rights in the Russian Federation including those implemented by means of use of levers of the constitutional justice. Separate problems in the studied sphere are designated; suggestions for improvement of legislative base are made.
