Abstract |
The paper considers the thesis according to which
the determination of the classification of crimes is
a means of increasing the effectiveness of the
investigation. The main argument is that the correct
definition of the classification of crimes can solve
the problem of acute shortage of information in the
initial stage of the investigation. The author also
gives certain other arguments. Moreover, it is
proved that the correct determination of the
classification of «economic crimes committed in the
sphere of agricultural production» allows the
investigator to focus on the investigation of
forensically significant features which ensures the
success of the investigation of these crimes. |
