Abstract |
The article is devoted to the power
of public prosecutors in the process of supervision
over the execution of laws. The author analyzes the
practice of implementation of power of public
prosecutors in the process of supervision over the
execution of laws in the sphere of protection and
security of forests, dwells on peculiarities of
their implementation, and suggests the possible ways
of their improvement in the above-mentioned sphere
which can influence the general improvement of
legitimacy. They may be used in practical activity
in order to improve the methodology of prosecutor’s
supervision over the execution of laws in the sphere
of protection and security of forests. |
