Abstract

The article examines certain principles of civil law in the context of their practical implementation and reveals the comprehensive analysis of the principle of judicial equality in civil law, as well as the comprehensive analysis of the equality principle in civil proceedings. The author analyzes the limits of the optionality principle in civil law. Certain emphasis is placed on the feasibility of practical implementation of general fundamentals and meaning of the civil and civil and procedural legislation (principles).
