Abstract |
The article dwells on the issues of classification
of unlawful acts connected with production, storage,
transportation or distribution of goods and services
which do not meet the security standards. The author
considers the question of validity of criminal and
legal assessment of the abovementioned activities
carried out with goods and services which contain
information harmful to public morality. The article
reveals the criminal and legal assessment of the
aforementioned activities carried out in relation to
minors, as well as suggests ways for optimization of
current legislation. |
