Abstract |
The article is devoted to the
analysis of current points of view on the issue
of feasibility and relevance of subdivision
of sectoral methods of legal regula- tion of social
relations, in particular, the method of the
constitutional and legal regulation of social
relations. The author offers a number of approaches
to defining the essence of the abovementioned
category, the correlation of terms
«method of constitutional regulation»,
«method of the constitutional and legal regulation»,
«constitutional and legal method» and other related
concepts and trends of the investigated method. |
