Abstract |
In the proposed article the author determines the
essential characteristics of a natural obligation,
specifies the list of types of natural obligations
and provides reasons for the necessity of
differentiation of natural obligations from legal
relationships other than civil relationships; civil
relationships other than obligations in the strict
sense; civil obligations which do not have the
essential attributes of natural obligations; other
civil concepts. The article also contains references
to results of the analysis of the foreign experience. |
