Abstract

In the article the author proves the necessity of development of the constitutional and legal models of counteraction to ethnic contradictions through conceptual and terminological interpretation of strategic concepts. In particular, the important role of the invariability of the Constitution of the Russian Federation for the stability of the legal field as the initial point of the analysis and discussion is noted. Tracing the use of particular terms the author defines legal acts and necessary concepts which require normative consolidation in them. Additionally, the author comes to the conclusion about the presence of «definitive chaos» in legislation caused by the substitution of concepts. In conclusion the author formulates the idea on two components of the problem of conceptual and terminological interpretations and on the meaning of their overcoming.
