The article considers the causes of the escalation of the conflicts between the proposition of law and other social regulators and also singles out the main approaches towards the general-purpose ideas about the disjoint between the dynamics of the development of the society and state which determines the contradictions between the norms of behavior which come from the state and other social norms. The author also characterizes the possibilities of the development of the theory of unity and interaction of the social regulators taking into account the relevant needs which are determined by the escalating conflicts of political and other sense in legal science in modern Russia. Issues of improving legal policy of the Russian state are analyzed, as well as the possibility of deepening the cognition of legal phenomena and processes from the perspective of the theory of unity and interaction of the social regulators. The article justifies the practical value of the mentioned theory for the provision of the necessary level of social and state unity and gives recommendations on the use of relevant theoretical propositions in the field of higher education.
