Abstract |
The article considers the project of
the Federal Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the
Russian Federation in terms of improving the supervision of the state land”
developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, the problems arising from
the activities of state bodies that are in charge of state land control,
control of tax and impost statutory compliance, accuracy of calculations,
completeness and timeliness of payments, as well as the proposed alternative
solutions. |
