Abstract

Civil regulation of telecommunication systems are considered in the article. Great emphasis is placed on legal research of types of telecommunication systems. The question of application of telecommunications in the sphere of the civil law relations is raised. The carried-out analysis of complex scientific works in the field of civil law is taken as a basis. Theoretical gaps in research of telecommunications in the sphere of civil law are presented in the article. In relation to a studied subject, researches of the adjacent scientific directions are offered. The article also gives recommendations about necessity of carrying out complex scientific researches in the sphere of telecommunication systems. The conclusion that research in the field of telecommunications is interscientific is drawn.
