Abstract

The article describes the theoretical and methodological fundamentals of the study of terrorism (philosophical and methodological, special methodological, and special scientific fundamentals) which serve as the fundamental scientific principles that define the process of studying and understanding terrorist activities (which is achieving goals and results) and its practical significance. Otherwise speaking, on the early stages of studying terrorism it is necessary to define the scientific approach to the object of the research and the theoretical and methodological fundamentals which allow developing the social and philosophical essence of this social and destructive process, namely the theoretical fundamentals the consequence of which should be the achievement of the objective veracity of the scientific result and its praxeological novelty.
