Abstract |
The article deals with the problem
of defining “the subject of counter-terrorist activity”, the legal understanding
of which is necessary to improve the Russian anti-terrorist legal system
as well as to manage an effective control of terrorism in whole. The notion of
the subject of counter-terrorist activity unites particular nature persons (in the
category of “individual”), and at this level of its work in the fight against
terrorism is of a very specific nature in relation
to the object, purpose, means, methods,
and results, in accordance with which it also takes very specific steps to
neutralize it. |
