Abstract |
The necessity of taking into account
the laws that reflect the objective reality of crime in the planning of the
investigation is justified in the article. The
author analyzes the characteristics of
criminal attacks aimed at the liberties of an
individual, which must be taken into account
when planning their investigation. Moreover, the interconnection and
interdependence of identified individual characteristics of the acts as a
system of signs is viewed. On the basis of
exceptional features of the crimes investigated
the need of using a single campaign in the planning of their
identification and disclosure was motivated. The
article also emphasizes the effectiveness of
the disclosure and investigation of crimes by deploying it on the
organizational and legal forms. |
