Abstract

The article analyzes the specific mechanism of procedural evidence as well as renders the views and viewpoints of such scientists as V. A. Novitsky, V. M. Sherstiuk, V. N. Kudriavtsev, E. I. Stepanov, E. I. Vorozheikin, and others on the subject. The author also considers the individual elements such as abridgement and liberty, proneness to conflict, principals of the mechanism of evidence, effectiveness of procedural evidence, cause-and-effect interrelation of procedural evidence and law-making, evidential significance as a feature of the mechanism of evidence that make up the specific mechanism of procedural evidence.
