Abstract |
This article explores the concept of
criminological characteristics of crime noting its importance for the theory
and practice of the investigation in modern times. The author considers certain
particular methods of investigation of economic crimes in trade in real estate. The
article points out features worth paying attention at during the
investigation in the investigation of this group of
crimes, such as the elements of crime
situation and relations developing between the people on real estate deals in a
given region. Additionally, the article discusses and discloses specifics of forensic
characteristics of economic crime in real
estate and its structure in
particular.
