The article discusses the features of regulatory competence of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on the implementation of the expertise of normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and their projects. The authors explore the specifics of expertise of normative legal acts by officials of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, expose current issues of enforcement of certain provisions intended to settle the legal relations in the area under consideration, and suggest ways to improve them.
