Abstract
The article attempts to apply the
principles of a systematic approach to the study of the legal status of an
individual. The article substantiates the systemicnature of the legal status of the
individual and the need to study appropriate methods. The author provides
systematic, functional, and historical
characteristic elements of the legal status of an
individual. The starting point for the systematic analysis of the structure
of the legal status is the recognition of the interdependence of the elemental
composition and the functioning of the legal status of both systems. The
article emphasizes that the structure of the legal status of the person is not
