Abstract

The author impose the idea that the issues of improving the system of parliamentary procedures in the legislative (representative) bodies of constituent units of the Russian Federation are directly related to the ongoing reforms of public authorities at the regional level. In this respect, the author discusses possible ways of improving the system of parliamentary procedures and formulates proposals for amendments in the current legislation of constituent units of the Russian Federation in order to improve the activities of the regional parliaments.
