Abstract |
The work is dedicated to the most
relevant theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of the
opportunity to exercise the rights in family
relations guaranteed by law. The article
describes the procedure for appeal to the notary, legal options and
guarantees of subjects in the division of property acquired by spouses during their
marriage. The author gives legal qualification of the division from the point of
civilised understanding and gives the legal references to regulatory materials
and detailed instructions for the commission of this type of notarial acts. The
work is interesting for both academic parties concerned with notarial registration
of rights and the notary and the parties intending to carry out the division
of property without recourse to the judicial justice. |
