Abstract

The article deals with the existence of the institution of administrative responsibility for violation of legislation on protection of children from harmful information in the Republic of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. The author also considers the issues of legislative regulation of the protection of children from harmful information in Georgia as the former CIS country. The article analyzes special regulations of the CIS countries dedicated to protection of children from harmful information in comparison with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation «On protection of children from information harmful

to their health and (or) development».
