Abstract |
The article considers the question
of inadmissibility of disclosure of information of preliminary investigation in
connection with the necessity of provision of safety of participants of
criminal proceedings. Inadmissibility of disclosure of information of preliminary
investigation ensures fast and complete crime solution; effective protection from
suspicion of accusation; confidentiality; honesty, dignity, and business
reputation of the accused and the convict . It as well ensures the safety of the
participants of the criminal proceedings. The author studies opinions of
scientists and gives statistical data on prosecution for disclosure of information of
preliminary investigation. |
