Abstract

The article considers specific peculiarities of the statutory acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, their meaning, and character in reference to other individual legal acts, as well as the identification of specific precedent meaning of legal propositions which are consolidated in the acts of constitutional judicial law enforcement. From the position of constitutional legal consciousness the author justifies the idea that the Constitution of the Russian Federation is the unique statutory act, as well as the universal source of the Russian law which predetermines and unifies all of its other sources and creates the basic methodological foundation for their development.
