Abstract |
The article defines main subjects of
interaction and their full powers in the sphere of ensuring border security
in Russia. The author considers fundamental forms of interaction of bodies of
state power and bodies of local government, analyzes the notion of ‘interaction’,
and offers main forms of interaction of bodies of state power and bodies
of local government in this sphere. The author reveals ways of formation,
competency, and full powers of bodies of state power and bodies of local
government. Notions of ‘security’, ‘border security’, ‘armed conflict’, ‘interaction’,
‘bodies of state power’, and ‘bodies of local government’ are considered. |
