The article examines the relation of
such concepts as stability and variability
of the Constitution of the Russian
Federation expressing the fundamental properties
of the Basic Law in theory and
practice of the Russian constitutionalism.
The author analyzes the factors
which affect the dynamics of the implementation
of constitutional ideas of stability
and variability of the Constitution. The
article considers the stages of the
implementation of constitutional ideas of
stability and variability of the
Constitution. The author analyzes the adopted
amendments to the Constitution of
the Russian Federation and discusses the
reasons for the invariability of the
Constitution of the Russian Federation of the
stage of implementation
constitutional ideas of stability and variability.
