Abstract |
The article gives a historical
sketch of the development of land ownership. There are different points of view
on the notion of property and land ownership, discusses the powers of the owner to
possess, use and disposal of land. Great attention is paid to the principle
of diversity of forms of ownership and equal protection. Analyzing the positions
of scientists, the author comes to the conclusion that the most urgent at the present
stage is to study the ownership of the land as a subjective right. The
authors formulate the definition of the right to land ownership. The author
concludes that in the formation and development of land ownership can distinguish
five stages, each of which has a particular form of existence of the right of
ownership of land. |
