Abstract

The article considers some features of realization of constitutional concepts: law-making activity is analyzed by means of which constitutional ideas are shaped into regulatory legal acts and become the positive law. Special attention is paid to the problems which constitutional concepts face on their way of implementation in law-making practice. Social purpose of ideas is in the result of their expression outside, an embodiment in practice therefore timely implementation of constitutional concepts, norms and provisions is absolutely necessary for the functioning of all public institutions and the solution of major problems for the personality, society and the state. Implementation of constitutional concepts in the course of law-enforcement activity becomes the object of scientific research in the article given.
