Abstract

The paper discusses possible ways to improve the level of political culture of public-power entities in the Russian Federation on the basis of strategic course for their constructive engagement with civil society. Underdeveloped traditional political culture becomes notable obstacle not only for consolidation of the healthy social forces, but also for the effective functioning of the political system of the state. That is why the study of the state of political culture in Russia, public power entities and public institutions is one of the priorities of the Russian science of law in modern world. The activities of public power entities should be regulated not only by law but also with the help of public opinion.
