Abstract

The article touches upon topical problems concerning the sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of minors in criminal law of Russia and foreign countries. The analysis of current legislation in the sphere of sexual violence by the persons responsible for the upbringing of the victims is given. The question about the expediency of making amendments in the criminal legislation of the Russian Federation, some provisions of Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 123 “Authority of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on assistance in arrangement the children without any care of parents who are fostered in a family” of March 10, 2005 is discussed in the article.
