Abstract |
The article analysis traffic safety
notion. The historic analysis shows the transformation of its meaning.
Examples of traffic safety ensuring during different periods (such as the time of Peter I,
in 19th
— 20th
centuries, and during the Soviet period) are given. Having
made traffic safety definitions analysis, the author indicates linkages
between the elements of the “Driver. Vehicle. Road. Environment” system.
Contemporary approaches to the notion of traffic safety consider it as a law category
from a point of view of its «object» and its «field». |
