Abstract

Efficiency is one of the major challenges facing law enforcement when investigating economic crimes in the sphere of communal services. One of directions of solving this problem is the use of such theoretical constructs, classification as forensic, criminalistic characteristic of the crime investigation situation. They allow to navigate in the direction of investigation of economic crimes in the sphere of housing and communal services, and also pre-empt possible resistance from stakeholders.
