Abstract

In the article, through a brief review of the basic concepts of legal consciousness (natural-law, positivist, theological, psychological), it is concluded that integrating the concept of constitutional law interpretation for the formation of the constitutional model of lawful behavior. It is noted that the constitutional understanding of law can explain the nature of legal behavior and to characterize its lawfulness, since it is this understanding combines with the one hand natural law approach, and includes the basic tenets of sociological positivism. Through constitutional interpretation of law, broadcast, primarily the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, there is a positive adaptation of the dogmas of the Constitution, the rules of conduct, compliance with which allows to characterize it as a constitutional good behavior.
