Abstract

This article is devoted to the Russian Federation constitutional values and their role in the development of the modern Russian state as a democratic legal and social. The article provides the classifications review of the constitutional values that have fundamentally different criteria, and the analysis of approaches to the formation of a specific list of the Russian constitutional values, concludes ambiguity and discussion of researched questions, as well as the necessity of perception and realization of the constitutional values in their systemic unity.
