Abstract |
The article presents historical and contemporary
approaches to the consideration
of administrative — jurisdictional activity. At the
present stage in legal
science and applied scientific research,
administrative and jurisdictional activities
of the police, is understood as identification of
offences, collection and
evaluation of materials (and evidence),
qualification of administrative offences,
and administrative proceedings on cases of
administrative offences. In the
field of administrative-legal regulation of the
issues of road safety enforcement
activities has its own characteristics.
Traditionally in this area the police work in
the field of road safety; the protection of public
order and public security. |
