Abstract |
This article explores the constitutional law aspects
of interaction between
trade unions as one of the components civil society
system and local authorities
in Russian Federation. Demonstrated forms of
influence of civil society institutions
on local authorities and local authorities on the
system of civil society
institutions. The article first attempt to analyze
the constitutional law formation
of interaction between trade unions as one of the
civil society institutions and
local authorities. Characterized negative factors
influencing the interaction of
the institute of trade unions with the public
authorities at the municipal level as
well as a proposal for the improvement of the legal
acts concerning this issue. |
