Abstract |
The article reveals the process of formation of the
mechanism of legal
regulation of the border service of the Orenburg
Cossacks troops.
Clarifying the key concept, the authors understand
it as the combination
of various legal tools (laws, technology) impact on
social relations in
connection with the protection of the Orenburg
borderline with respect
to the period of time. Time of formation of the
foundations of the Russian
national legal system, including the mechanism of
