Abstract |
The article identified and described two objective
problems of identifying
the subject of crimes against the electoral rights
of citizens of the Russian
Federation. Views of scientists according to the
solution of these problems
are presented. On the basis of concrete examples
separately proved legislative
inconsistency of currently available species and
genus of the object to be
commented on acts. Domestic contradictory situation
of the specified objects
of a crime and among themselves locates. In this
paper the author offers the
most optimal ways of solving these problems. |
