Abstract |
The article deals with the powers of the state
environmental control (supervision)
and the Prosecutor’s Office in supervising the
implementation of
laws for the protection of the environment and
nature. Based on an analysis of
judicial practice on protection of the rights of
citizens to a healthy environment
concludes an unjustified interference in the work of
the special prosecutor’s
supervisory bodies. The ways of solving the problem
of duplication of powers
of these state bodies. |
