Abstract |
The article analyzes the problems connected with the
classification of additional
guarantees of constitutional rights and freedoms of
man and citizen
established by the subjects of the Russian
Federation on the basis of a broad
approach to their understanding. This guarantees the
implementation of constitutional
rights and freedoms of man and citizen treated as an
independent
type of legal guarantees of rights and freedoms of
man and citizen. The author
notes that additional guarantees established by the
subjects of the Russian
Federation, can be classified according to the
characteristics of the subject
of the powers of the Russian Federation to establish
additional guarantees of
constitutional rights and freedoms of man and
citizen. |
