Abstract |
This article analyzes the main ways
of committing willful evasion from alimony payments for maintenance of minor
children (Part 1 of the Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian
Federation) as one of the crimes that hinder the implementation of activities of
official authority of the officer of justice, their classification, current problems in
the process of identifying investigation of this group of crimes, main problems
of judicial practice in the classification of the crimes considered.
