Abstract |
The article analyzes the subject of
ecological crimes. Despite the fact that in the theory of criminal law the
concept of the object of the crime is developed in sufficient details certain
disputable issues still remain. This is especially
true for the features of the subject of
ecological crimes: should only to the components of the natural environment and the
environment in general be considered their subject or should they be
referred to the subject as man-made objects? How about those compounds of
ecological crimes that violate certain rules or
requirements of environmental or other legislation?
These and other questions have not found the final solution in
the theory of law. The author offers his vision of the problems and offers certain
solutions.
