Abstract

As it is well known, prestige of constitutional justice bodies is directly depended on the execution of their decisions. At present it is not a rear case when the decisions of the Constitutional Court are not executed or unduly executed. The article considers main directions of improvement of legal forms and mechanisms of execution of constitutional-judicial legislation in the Russian Federation. The author analyses different points of view expressed in legal literature on the question of execution of the RF Constitutional Court decisions and gives his own considerations on this matter. The article proves the conclusion that application of law as a state authoritative act is always executed on behalf of state and considers two forms of its execution: an executive form and a law-enforcement one.
