Abstract |
The article considers regional legislation on
administrative offenses on the
example of the constituent units of the Russian
Federation as part of the Ural
federal district, namely the its origin, range and
limits of questions it regulates,
as well as the peculiar features of certain overhead
personnel. The
author reveals the common and peculiar features in
the process of regulation
of administrative liability for committing
administrative crimes. For this purpose
the author compares certain statutory acts of the
Administrative Code of the
Russian Federation and corresponding regional
statutory acts. Conclusions
related to the modern state of administrative
legislation of constituent units of
the Russian Federation are formed. |
