Abstract

Being an effective mechanism of redistribution of financial resources financial markets play an important role in modern economy. Russia has set a goal to create an innovative economy and consistently implement policies to integrate into the world economics; hence, one of the priorities of domestic policy is the formation of an efficient financial market. Reforms implemented during the recent years have indicated significant progress in this direction. Dynamic development of national legislation on administrative responsibility
of legal entities for offenses committed on organized trading should be noted. The purpose of the article is the analysis of the effectiveness of the application of the abovementioned law.
