Abstract |
The article discusses the concept and features of
constitutional and legal immunities of the President,
deputies of legislative (representative) bodies,
judges and other representatives of state power in
the Russian Federation. А comparative legal study of
the characteristics of the use category of «immunity
» in the various branches of national law is
conducted. The methodological approach examines
industry-specific features of constitutional and
legal immunities. The view that meaningful category
of «immunity» is formed by two components — the
person and nonaccountability is substantiated. |
