Abstract

The article deals with the possibility of bringing to administrative responsibility of legal entities with the changes made to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the concept, classifications, list of legal persons, the powers of legal representatives of legal entities. Analysis of changes in civil law suggests that there are gaps in administrative law with regard to the legal entity to have several leaders that allowed the author to conclude that the need for further improvement of the legal regulation of representing the interests of the legal entity at bringing it to administrative liability.
