Abstract |
In article the analysis of a problem of e-government
formation in the Russian Federation and, as a result,
problems of improvement the quality of provision
electronic public services to citizens and
organizations is carried out. The assessment of
results of administrative reform, and also realized
within this reform the Concept of e-government
formation in the Russian Federation is given. As a
result of studying of monitoring data on quality of
provision electronic public services the author
allocates the most acute issues, among them first of
all it is necessary to name the lack of
legislatively fixed definition of the concept «electronic
public service». Proceeding from the analysis, the
author draws a conclusion about necessity of
elimination of the revealed problems, as conditions
of further e-government formation and improvement of
quality of provision electronic public services. |
