Abstract |
This article is devoted researching the concept «realize
law». The author considers the features of the
concept on the basis of approach to the concept of
law from the position of humancentrism. Concentrated
form of this approach is constitutional provision
about the rights and freedoms of every human being
are the supreme value. The article analyzes the
traditional view of the signs of the realize law and
presented their interpretation based on approach to
the concept of law from the position of
humancentrism. According to the author the realize
law consists of immediate people’s behavior for the
implementation of rights, freedoms, charge and
organizational activity. |
