Abstract

In this article we carried out a structural analysis of the key features and basic requirements for the organization of the citizens of pre-school education in the Russian Federation, as well as the legal regulation of modern preschool education. The author assesses the novels of the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation» in terms of education levels, studied requirements for the content of educational programs of preschool education, analyzed the content of the concept of early childhood education through the opening of its system-forming elements, as well as a brief interpretation of these elements.
